Ontario SuperHost and the NEW “Out of this World Series”… Customer Service workshops designed to raise the standard of service in your business so your customers’ needs are consistently met!
Cambridge Chamber of Commerce and Cambridge Tourism recognize the importance of excellent customer service in creating positive experiences in our community. These terrific programs are designed by the Ontario Tourism Education Corporation (OTEC) and made available through Cambridge Chamber of Commerce and Cambridge Tourism, your local host organization.
We offer full and half-day workshops that benefit not only the hospitality industry, but any industry that provides service to clients and customers. Give your business’ front-line, supervisory and management staff the core customer service skills they require and give your business a customer care reputation!

Cost: $88.00 plus GST. All workshops are facilitated by a certified trainer and include a certificate of achievement, take-home manual, refreshments and take place at the GATEWAY Visitor & Business Information Centre, 750 Hespeler Road in Cambridge. First-class boardroom facilities create a favourable atmosphere for learning. SuperHost workshops include a catered lunch and an eye-catching lapel pin upon completion
SuperHost full-day workshops are held from 9am-4:30pm.
The "Out of this World Series" half-day workshops are held from 9am-1pm
